Indegy Named As Leader In Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Cybersecurity

Indegy has been named the 2017 Product Leader in Industrial Cyber Security for Pharmaceutical Manufacturing by Frost & Sullivan. The award recognizes Indegy’s game-changing industrial cyber security platform for its ability to prevent operational disruptions caused by external attacks, malicious insiders or human error. It also enables pharmaceutical manufacturers to automate the integrity validation of process controllers which is an FDA requirement. Until now, this has been accomplished manually.

Sankara Narayanan, Research Analyst for Frost & Sullivan says, “While competing companies only monitor for anomalies, one of Indegy’s unique capabilities is that it can identify changes made to controllers, namely PLCs, RTUs and DCS, by employees and contractors, whether they connect to devices over the network or directly to them using a serial cable or USB drive.”

EMBEDDED TECHNOLOGIES EXPO & CONFERENCE

The inaugural event will take place June 25-27 in San Jose, CA!

Embedded Technologies Expo & Conference (ETC), in the largest embedded and IoT market in North America, is the ONLY event focused on what is most important to designers and implementers – education and training. Attendees will experience over 100 hours of unparalleled education and training covering embedded systems, IoT, connectivity, edge computing, AI, machine learning, and more. Co-located with Sensors Expo & Conference, attendees will have the opportunity to see hundreds of leading exhibitors and network with thousands of industry peers and innovators.

The latest version of the Indegy platform centralizes the management and configuration of threat monitoring and anomaly detection capabilities across multiple facilities. This enables global organizations to protect their industrial control systems (ICS) by maintaining unified and comprehensive visibility into all activity on Operational Technology (OT) networks spread across the country or world.
