MSA Instrument Div., Pittsburgh, PA, now offers a data-logging version of its Solaris detector that can simultaneously detect up to 4 gases (carbon monoxide, oxygen, hydrogen sulfide, and combustible gas). The ergonomically designed detector weighs <8 oz. and has high-visibility alarm lights, an audible alarm of >100 dB, and a strong vibrating alarm. Various kit forms are available, all of which include the detector, battery charger, calibration cap, tubing, and manual. Standard kits include the data-logging option, industrial kits include the calibration kit, and deluxe kits include calibration, logging, and a sampling pump.
