Pressure Transmitters Are CSA Approved And Explosion Proof

April 18, 2014

The 31EP and 32EP series explosion-proof pressure transmitters are approved by CSA for use in hazardous areas. Both series are identical with the exception of the pressure diaphragm: 32EP Series transmitters feature a thicker diaphragm and a pressure restrictor. Both are certified for operation in the following areas:
• Class I Division 1, Groups A, B, C and D
• Class I Zone1 Ex d IIC T4 Gb
• Class I, Zone 1 A Ex d IIC T4 Gb
