New Self-Powered Sensor Networks

The University of Southampton is conducting research on intelligent sensor networks that could enhance efforts in biometrics, health care, and other fields. The program is looking into the potential of wearable, self-powered sensors; biometric systems; intelligent, energy-aware wireless sensor nodes; and intelligent sensors in healthcare.
