Mark Tucker is Manager of the Hardware Engineering for Murata in Duluth Georgia. He has over 25 years of experience in wireless product development and has managed hardware and software engineering groups for 10+ years. Besides managing the Hardware group, he also stays up to date in RF, Wireless Sensor, Energy Harvesting and system design. He still keeps his engineer’s union card and continues to designs products as needed.
Before Murata, Mark worked in the Analog Fiber Optic industry designing Fiber-based CATV equipment and at Cubic Corporation designing frequency hopping radios for the military.
Mark has a Masters of Technology from Arizona State University and a BSEET from Southern Polytechnic. He is a member of the IEEE and has three patents and six published papers.
