GEMAC expands its reach with innovative sensor technologies


German sensor specialist focuses on growing US demand

Chemnitz, Germany – April 3, 2012 – GEMAC, a German developer and manufacturer of high-tech electronics, is pleased to announce its extended focus on the US market for sensor technology through a representative office in Chicago, Illinois at the German-American Chamber of Commerce of the Midwest (GACCoM Inc.) and distribution through MAXMAR Motion Technologies Inc. of Westminster, Colorado. These US-based GEMAC representatives are well positioned to help serve the company’s growing number of US customers for high-quality inclination and acceleration sensors, field bus testers, interpolation circuits and custom-designed sensors.

With its team of 110 employees located in Chemnitz, Germany, GEMAC leverages professional know-how and innovative ideas to offer customized solutions to its customers and deliver reliable, accurate, and robust products at affordable prices. Thanks to its research and development strengths, GEMAC also has unique capabilities to handle special requests for custom components and can rapidly develop products to meet customers’ needs.
