Gold or Main Conference Pass: If 3 or more people register from the same company at the same time for a Gold or Main Conference Pass, each will receive a $50 discount off the Gold or Main Conference Pass only. Attendees must register together; reduced prices will be reflected after the 3rd registrant. Not to be combined with other discounts.

One Day Conference Pass: If 3 or more people register from the same company at the same time for a One Day Conference Pass, each will receive a $25 discount off the One Day Conference Pass only. Attendees must register together; reduced prices will be reflected after the 3rd registrant. Not to be combined with other discounts.

Attention ALL Registrants: No badges will be mailed in advance of Sensors Expo & Conference. You will receive an electronic registration confirmation that will allow you easy access to your admittance badge on site. Please proceed to the "Express Reg" counter when you arrive on-site. Sensors Expo & Conference is open to trade professionals only. Due to liability restrictions, no one under the age of 18, including infants and toddlers, will be permitted on the show floor. There will be no exceptions.

Refund and Cancellation Policy: Event cancellations with refunds will be accepted, less a $100.00 processing fee, if in writing and received no later than April 27, 2012. No refunds will be given after this date. Registration submitted after April 27, 2012, are not eligible for refunds. If you are unable to attend, we encourage you to send a replacement.
