The SM5000 Series of explosionproof wireless RTD temperature transmitters from OleumTech, Irvine, CA, work with the company's WIO wireless system. Features include a –50°F to 750°F temperature range, 22-bit ADC, RTD lead wire compensation, diagnostic reporting of transmitter health, and easy access to wiring connections. The rigid-mount version has an integrated RTD sensor and the pipe-mount design with a single RTD input (multivendor compatible) to support any 3- and 4-wire Pt100 RTDs. The transmitter includes a built-in antenna, internal battery, temperature sensor, and wireless communication support in 900 MHz and 2.4 GHz radio models. The SM5000 Series can transmit 3000 ft. from the RTD sensor to the WIO RTU gateway.
