Premo Group, Barcelona, Spain, offers the Witech radio module, available in a variety of models operating over the 868–915 MHz ISM band. Options include integrated broadband or narrowband operation, CPU capabilities, front end (external CPU), and RF hardware interfaces. Narrowband sensitivity is –114 dBm with range to 2 km LOS, 25 Kbps avg. data speed, and 50 µA current draw (Rx) with 1 s latency. Broadband sensitivity is –105 dBm with a transmission range to 1.5 km, LOS, data speed of 500 Kbps, and current draw of 20 µA (Rx) with 1 s latency. Features include link, network, and application-oriented stacks; ultra-low-power and planning-exempt networking; standards compliance; and tools for remote debugging and maintenance.
