MeshConnect 802.15.4/ZigBee wireless modules and ICs from California Eastern Laboratories, Santa Clara, CA, now support Synapse Wireless's SNAP wireless mesh networking protocol. The devices are FCC, CE, and IC certified and feature a built-in voice codec with scalable, selectable data rates of 250 Kbps, 500 Kbps, or 1 Mbps. In conjunction with its development kit, the module supports a choice of software tools and protocols such as SNAP, ZigBee, 802.15.4 MAC, and SMAC.
