Wireless Meat Temperature Logger from MadgeTech

The RFOT from MadgeTech Inc., Warner, NH, is a wireless meat temperature data logger with a flexible piercing probe for use in smokehouses, ovens, and other cooking processes up to 100°C and in refrigerators and freezers down to –20°C. The device records data to internal memory and also transmits the internal temperature of product back to a central computer for real-time monitoring. Backed-up data can be retrieved wirelessly at a later time. Software offers user-programmable critical control points (cooling flags) for compliance with USDA Appendix B that are automatically annotated on graph and tabular data views.
