The ULT from Dwyer Instruments Inc., Mercoid Div., Michigan City, IN, is an ultrasonic level transmitter that provides noncontact liquid level measurement for fluids including corrosives, slurries, and fluids with solids. Features include mapping software for a 3 in. dia. column effective measuring surface, an LCD, 4-button programming, zero and span adjustment via inputting tank dimensions or pushing the programming button for actual tank conditions, failsafe output options, and diagnostic capabilities. The device carries FM explosionproof Class I, Div. 1, Groups B, C, D; Class II/III, Div. 1, Groups E, F, G approvals.
