The Model U802 from McMillan Co., Georgetown, TX, is an ultra-high-purity (UHP) flow controller capable of measuring and controlling flows of most liquids for flow rates as low as 15 lpm or as high as 10 lpm. Features include a patented microturbine flow sensor design, electronics and fluid components integrated into a single package, and ±1.0% F.S. accuracy (including linearity and hysteresis). An optional 0°C–90°C temperature rating allows the flow controller to operate in most UHP applications.
