Smart Temperature Transmitter from Honeywell Honeywell Process Solutions December 4, 2011 Honeywell Process Solutions, Fort Washington, PA, has enhanced its STT250 temperature transmitter with advanced diagnostics and compatibility with the HART 6 open standard. Suited for control and safety temperature measurement applications, the transmitter's diagnostics let you proactively manage the health of your field devices while reducing plant downtime due to unscheduled repairs. All HART variants of the STT250 are now compatible with the HART 6 open standard and the new transmitters also support other open standards, such as EDDL or certified Device Type Manager files. Other features include TUV SIL2 safety certification. |
