The Xprotolab from Saelig Co. Inc., Pittsford, NY, is a mixed-signal oscilloscope with an arbitrary waveform generator housed in a 1 in. by 1.6 in. DIP module. You can mount the device directly on a breadboard or PCB for testing and verification. The oscilloscope is based on the Atmel ATXMEGA32A4 microcontroller with 32 KB Flash, 4 KB SRAM, and 1 KB EEPROM and has a 0.96 in. 128 by 64 pixel OLED display. It provides the functions of an 8-bit mixed-signal oscilloscope with simultaneous sampling of analog and digital signals, with 2 analog and 8 digital channels. Max. input voltage is ±10 V with max. sampling rate of 2 Msps, analog bandwidth of 320 kHz, and an external trigger.
