RF Energy Harvesters from Powercast Powercast Corp. April 18, 2010 Powercast Corp., Pittsburgh, PA, offers the P1110 and P2110 Powerharvester receivers that convert radio waves into usable energy. The P1110 is designed for battery charging and supports user-configurable output voltages up to 4.2 V. The P2110 is designed for battery-free devices, supports user-configurable, regulated output voltages up to 5.25 V, and has I/O for interfacing to microcontrollers for more intelligent system control. Both devices can provide received signal strength indication (RSSI) as well as data, which are included in a power broadcast. |
