Honeywell Sensing and Control, Minneapolis, MN, offers the Hawk resolvers, 1 in. series, fully housed configuration to provide ±7 arcmin. accuracy for motion control in defense and space rotary and angle position sensing applications. Features include a shock specification of 50 g, 11 ms; vibration specification of 15 g, 10–2000 Hz; operating temperature range of –50.8°C to 93.3°C; excitation voltage range of 2–15 V; 1 in. o.d.; angle resolution over a 360°+ range for single-speed operation; excitation frequency range of 2000–5000 Hz; transformation ratio of 0.45 or 1.0; and compliance with DO-160D, MIL-STD-202G, MIL-STD-810G, MIL-STD-81963B, MIL-STD-461F, and space outgassing requirement SP-R0022.
