Spectrum Detector Inc., Lake Oswego, OR, offers radiometric detectors that combine LiTaO3 detector crystals with SMT FETs and op amps for use in radiometers, IR gas analyzers, optical pyrometers, and laser energy meters. The pyroelectric detectors offer high voltage output, low noise, high bandwidth, and broad spectral response from 0.1–20 μm.
