JAI Inc., San Jose, CA, offers the CM-140GE, CB-140GE, CM-200GE, and CB-200GE digital progressive-scan CCD cameras that form part of the company's entry-level series in its C3 Camera Suite, which lets you easily switch from basic to more advanced cameras, depending on application needs. The CM-140GE and CB-140GE use the Sony ICX205 Series CCDs to deliver 1.4 Megapixel resolution in monochrome or raw Bayer color, respectively. The CM-200GE (monochrome) and CB-200GE (raw Bayer color) models offer 2 Megapixel resolution based on the Sony ICX274 sensor series. The CM-140GE and CB-140GE operate at 31 frames/s while the CM-200GE and CB-200GE operate at 25 frames/s.
