The XL403A from Spectrum Sensors, Precision Inertial Products Div., Akron, OH, is offered in single-axis, dual-axis, and triaxial versions in any F.S. range from ±1 g to ±15 g and any bandwidth up to 800 Hz. The MEMS-based sensors measure acceleration and internal temperature, are fully compensated, and have an operating temperature range of –40°C to 85°C. Each unit is supplied with a NIST-traceable calibration certificate.
