The Endevco Models 752A12 and 752A13 families of low-noise, low-weight, single-axis ISOTRON accelerometers from Meggitt Sensing Systems, San Juan Capistrano, CA, have integral TEDS capabilities and are designed for larger-channel-count, lower-frequency vibration measurements. The 13 g compact sensors are available in 100 mV/g and 1000 mV/g sensitivities, respectively, and have amplitude responses of 0.05–10,000 Hz (±1 dB) for the Model 752A12 and 0.3–10,000 Hz (±1 dB) for the Model 752A13. The self-generating devices use the company's piezoelectric crystal sensing element and are suited for use in automotive transmission testing, ride quality, NVH, and component durability testing; seismic measurements of buildings, equipment, and civil structures; and vibration monitoring of heavy machinery.
