The Series PMT from Dwyer Instruments Inc., Michigan City, IN, is a dust collector emissions monitor and leak detector. Designed for general maintenance planning and process protection applications, the transmitter provides adjustable linear or logarithmic output scaling for trending of baseline emissions and high peak emissions caused by filter cleaning cycles and developing leaks. Protective layers on the probe work with induction sensing to ensure reliable operation with all types of particulates, including moist powders and highly conductive dusts.
