Mettler Toledo Thornton, Bedford, MA, offers dissolved ozone sensors for reliably monitoring sanitization of pharmaceutical waters and semiconductor ultrapure water. Sensors connect to the company's M300 instruments that also measure conductivity/resistivity, dissolved oxygen, flow rate, pH, ORP, and temperature. The ozone sensor provides reliable and accurate response and requires infrequent, simple maintenance. Measurements are stable both in normal ozonation ranges and near zero, after ozone destruction.
