The DL, DK, and GZ liquid level reed sensors from Standex-Meder Electronics, Cincinnati, OH, are versions of the company's LS03 that can be mounted from the outside. The sensors contain a reed switch, float, and magnet as a single component and are suited for liquid container monitoring in household, automotive, test and measurement, and control applications. The DK is suited for high filling pressure and has a built-in Viton self-seal, 22 mm insertion hole, and 5 mm narrow sealing. The DL is suited for low filling pressure and features a built-in NBR self-seal, 22–24 mm insertion hole and 12 mm wide sealing. The GZ requires no sealing.
