The Model 67-100 from Endevco Corp., San Juan Capistrano, CA, is a miniature 100 mV/g IEPE accelerometer that can be used for structural and component testing and monitoring in temperatures up to 175°C. The triaxial accelerometer features welded titanium construction, a 14.8 mm on a side cube form factor, hermetic sealing, <14 g weight, low base-strain sensitivity, good output stability over time, internal hybrid signal conditioners, 35,000 Hz resonant frequency, 5000 g peak shock limit, and a low-impedance output.
