Omron Electronic Components LLC, Schaumburg, IL, offers a differential-pressure-type mass flow sensor with an internal flow path designed to produce a low-flow (70 ml/min.), high-impedance device. The sensor uses the company's mass flow MEMS chip and has the same external structure as the D6F-P0010A1. Used in a bypass-type design, the new sensor is insensitive to variations in bypass tube length. The device is targeted for the HVAC market.
