iC-Haus Corp. USA, Naperville, IL, offers the iC-MN encoder IC that is a 3-channel simultaneous sampling sine-to-digital converter that interpolates optical or magnetic sine/cosine sensor signals using a high-precision SAR ADC. Selectable resolution is up to 13 bits. Each input has a separate S/H stage that halts the track signal for subsequent sequential digitization.
