H Series continuous level sensors from OleumTech Corp., Irvine, CA, are hard-wired magnetostrictive devices suited for oil and gas, food and beverage, and other level measurement applications that require process control, leak detection, or inventory control. Sensors can be multi-dropped on an RS-485 network providing Modbus connectivity to an RTU or PLC. Features include 0.01 in. resolution across full span and the ability to provide product level, interface level, and temperature measurement in tanks up to 60 ft. tall in liquids including crude oil, solvents, water, diesel, kerosene, and gasoline. The sensors are available in a rigid SS or flexible PVDF packages.
