Hubbell Lighting unveils what it is calling the first 12,000+ lumen LED fixture for high ceiling commercial and architectural interiors where recessed depth is not available. Dubbed Prescolite’s MegaLum Cylinder, it is surface, cable, or pendant mountable and offers an alternative to T4 quartz up to 500W and metal halide up to 250W sources for ceiling heights of 20 to 60 feet. Delivering over 12,000 lumens out of a 10-in. cylinder from 168W of input power, the unit’s reflectors enable optical control in 25º, 35 º, 45º, and 55 º distributions. Other features include a minimum lifespan of 50,000 hours. For more details, visit http://www.prescolite.com
