IR Linear InGaAs Arrays from XenICs

XLIN 1.7/2.2/2.5 Series InGaAs linear photodiode arrays from XenICs, Leuven, Belgium, use a hybrid assembly of photodiodes integrated with a charge-amplifying multiplexer and are also available ready-mounted in the compact XEVA-LIN digital camera. Features include high detectivity, linearity, uniformity, good stability, and wide dynamic range. XLIN arrays are available with 128, 256, or 512 pixel counts and with wavelength response up to 2.5 µm and read-out rate >9000 lines/s. Applications include thermal imaging of hot objects in the 200°C to 800°C range and for inline process control and NDT.
