D6000 Series 7-channel analog input DA modules from DGH Corp., Manchester, NH, communicate using Modbus RTU with an RS-485 output. The modules let you interface sensors to any computer or processor-based equipment that contains a serial port. The series consists of modules that measure voltage (±25 mV, ±50 mV, ±100 mV, ±1 V, ±5 V, or ±10V), current (±20 mA), thermocouples (Types J, K, T, E, R, S, B, or C), and a universal module that accepts all of the above. You can string up to 247 modules or 1729 channels on a pair wire to a serial port on a host computer. Measurement resolution is 16 bits, accuracy is ±0.05% F.S. max., conversion rate is 8/s to 25/s, input to output isolation is 500 Vrms, and input burnout protection is 250 VAC.
