HPS Series pressure switches from Honeywell Sensing & Control, Golden Valley, MN, are durable reliable electromechanical gauge pressure on/off switches offered with either SPST NO or NC circuitry or SPDT circuitry. The switches feature a 2 million life-cycle rating, pressure switching point range of 150–4500 psi, switching point accuracy up to ±2%, switching capability of 5 mA to 5 A, proof pressure rating of 10,000 psi and burst pressure rating of 20,000 psi, compatibility with a variety of media, a selection of terminations, an operating temperature range of –40°C to 120°C, and an IP67 rating. Applications include heavy-duty construction, agricultural, and material-handling machinery as well as use in industrial CNC machines, compressors, fracking equipment, presses, and any machinery that uses high-pressure hydraulic fluids.
