Westermeyer Industries Inc., Bluffs, IL, offers an optical, solid-state liquid level switch that is rated for 1000 psi and can sense CO2 levels at –40°F. The switch has a hermetically sealed sight glass and a nickel-plated steel body. The switch is rated at >1 million cycles and is also suitable for refrigerants and other industrial fluids noncorrosive to steel and glass.
