The R300 Series temperature sensor from Honeywell Sensing and Control, Minneapolis, MN, is designed for potential exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) applications where operating temperatures can reach 300°C. The device uses an RTD for the sensing element and features a robust, SS, closed-tip design, an integral connector, and enhanced reliability, accuracy, and responsiveness. Applications include use in heavy-duty vehicle engines for oil, coolant, fuel, and air inlet temperature sensing.
