Fluorescence Spectrometer from Edmund Optics

The CCD-based fluorescence spectrometer from Edmund Optics Inc., Barrington, NJ, uses a TE cooled, 2048-pixel linear CCD array and is designed to detect the wide wavelength bands that are characteristic of fluorescence applications. The device combines the CCD array with a 100 mm slit and a cylindrical lens and is suited for use in low-light-level applications. The spectrometer offers a broadband spectral response range.
