Microchip Technology Inc., Chandler, AZ, has partnered with ZeroG Wireless to provide the ZG2100M and ZG2101M Wi-Fi transceiver modules, the ZeroG Wi-Fi PICtail/PICtail Plus daughter board, and ZeroG IEEE 802.11 development kit for Explorer 16. The wireless modules provide low-power, low-system-cost WiFi connectivity for most electronic devices. They are FCC, IC, and ETSI-certified and are WiFi certified and IEEE 802.11b compliant and work with Microchip's 8-, 16-, and 32-bit PIC microcontrollers and dsPIC DSCs.
