PCB Piezotronics Inc., Depew, NY, offers the Series 171 sensors for monitoring dynamic pressure oscillations in turbine engines and detecting high-intensity acoustics, pulsations, and pressure fluctuations in pumps, furnaces, and pipes. Sensitivities are 1200 pC/psi, pressure range is 10 psi with max. pressure of 600 psi. Sensors are suited for temperatures up to 260°C and are packaged in a case-isolated housing with rugged, 2-pin MIL connectors.
