The 1053V dynamic force sensor from Dytran Instruments Inc., Chatsworth, CA, is available in 6 ranges from 10 lbf. to 5000 lbf. and has a 10-32 tapped hole on the top and bottom and a radial 10-32 coaxial connector. The sensors have resonant frequencies up to 75 kHz, linearity of ±1% F.S., 5 V (nominal) F.S. output, and are suited for measuring rapid force impacts for dynamic force applications such as presses and automated machinery.
