The ADMP441 from Analog Devices Inc., Norwood, MA, is a MEMS microphone that provides an I2S digital output. Features include frequency response from 100 Hz to 15 kHz, SNR of 61 dBA, PSRR of 80 dBFS, audio signal processing technologies, and a size of 4.72 by 3.76 by 1.00 mm. The iMEMS device fully complies with the TIA-920 Telecommunications Telephone Terminal Equipment Transmission Requirements for Wideband Digital Wireline Telephones standard and is reflow-solder-compatible with no sensitivity degradation.
