The handheld ZP from IMADA, Northbrook, IL, distributed by Ron Berns & Associates, Northbrook, IL, measures any push/pull force, records, and processes 1000 measurements/s, and can transmit the data through its USB port. Features include programmable set points, selectable units, and capacities up to 1100 lbf. The device can measure instrument key pressure, spring tension, or peel resistance. Optional software detects critical peaks, creates graphs, and exports data in CSV format.
