IPETRONIK GmbH & Co. KG, Baden-Baden, Germany, offers version V01.03.00 of its IPEmotion measurement and DA software. The new version features a faster start-up process for IPEmotion, import capabilities for XCPonCAN and XCPonUDP protocols, ability to link to an open-format sensor database, CSV filters to select imported signals, easier changes to hardware components, support for actuators, and the ability to synchronize the configuration with description files. In expert mode, the logger/control unit/protocol has a tree structure. The software also has new hardware drivers and is compatible with Vista and Windows 7.
