CMOS Image Sensor Delivers 105 fps at 8 Mpixels
March 3, 2014

Measuring 4.3”, the CMV8000 8-Mpixel image sensor delivers 105 fps of 3360 x 2496 5.5-µm size active pixels using an 8T pixel architecture. Row- and column-oriented optical black pixels support additional noise cancellation techniques. The device’s16 LVDS outputs running at 600 Mb/s each help maintain its frame rate. Partial read out, windowing and sub-sample modes are programmable to support higher frame rates. At full resolution and frame rate, power dissipation is 900 mW. For more info, visit
