Charge Amplifier for Force Measurement from HBM HBM November 20, 2011 The CMD600 type charge amplifiers from HBM, Marlboro, MA, work with the company's piezoelectric force sensors to provide rapid and reliable force measurement. The device amplifies the charge generated in the force sensors and outputs the measured value at up to 30 kHz. Peak and limit value outputs integrated in the amplifier can be used to evaluate the force response. An Ethernet interface lets you connect the amplifier to a PLC via Profinet. The device can also be used with LabVIEW, with its full functionality available as a virtual instrument. |
