Janus Remote Communications, Aurora, IL, offers the Terminus CDMA864D with Sprint Certification, a CDMA wireless terminal that provides applications deployment on CDMA networks around the world. The device has a dual-band design, contains all the circuitry required to operate on the CDMA network, and has external antenna connections to enable the system integrator to meet application-specific requirements. It is capable of stand-alone use via industry-standard interconnects or system integration via 50-pin 0.1 in. by 0.1 in. dual-row header. The CDMA864D can configure 9 general-purpose IO as CMOS input or output. Applications include M2M, telemetry, and telematic applications such as fleet and asset management, vending, security, alarm monitoring, and e-maintenance.
