Honeywell Sensing & Control, Golden Valley, MN, offers the HCH-1000 Series capacitive humidity sensors in an SIP. Sensors use polyimide humidity sensing material and do not require polarization. Compatible with wave soldering processes, the devices offer better response time, greater stability, higher max. operating temperature compared to other competitive devices, and are available in uncased and cased versions. Applications include humidifiers and dehumidifiers, air conditioning/air movement, hygrometers, humidity transmitters, printer/copier workstations, medical, and weather stations.
