November 20, 2011 Anybus Communicator CAN modules from HMS Industrial Networks Inc., Chicago, IL, enable communication between any industrial device with a CAN interface and a chosen industrial network. Communicator CAN modules are available for CANopen, CC-Link, ControlNet, DeviceNet, Modbus RTU, Profibus, EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP, Profinet, and Profinet-IRT. Typical devices to connect include frequency drives, sensors, actuators, HMIs, barcode readers, RFID readers, weigh scales, and other types of industrial machinery. You can connect any device with a CAN 2.0 A- or B-based protocol, without any hardware or software changes to the CAN devices. |
