The ST100 Series thermal mass air/gas flowmeter from Fluid Components Intl. (FCI) LLC, San Marcos, CA, is now offered in a remote mountable configuration for use in hazardous areas and hard-to-reach locations. The flowmeter is offered in ST (mass flow and temperature), and STP (mass flow, temperature, and pressure) families, with a 1000:1 turndown; an onboard data logger with a removable 2 GB memory card that holds 21 million readings; flow measurement ranges of 0.25–1000 SFPS with ±0.75% of reading accuracy, ±0.5% F.S.; and 4–20 mA, frequency/pulse, alarm relays, or HART, Fieldbus, Profibus, or Modbus communications.
