50 Million Pixel Image Sensor from Eastman Kodak

The KAF-50100 from Eastman Kodak Co., Rochester, NY, is a 50 million pixel CCD image sensor for professional photography. The sensor uses the company's newly designed Truesense Full Frame CCD technology platform 6.0 µm pixel for improved camera response, increased data throughput for a faster frame rate, lower power consumption, and improved color fidelity. The 8176 by 6132 pixel array provides high resolution in the 48 by 36 mm optical format.
