The PIC24F04KA201 family of 16-bit microcontrollers from Microchip Technology Inc., Chandler, AZ, feature nanoWatt XLP extreme low-power technology, providing typical sleep currents down to 20 nA. Deep Sleep mode isolates power to various circuits during sleep, reducing power consumption to a minimum.
