MONROE, LA -- CenturyLink, Inc. is pleased to announce that Karen Puckett, president-global markets, has been named one of the 50 most powerful women in technology by the National Diversity Council.
Criteria for the selection include organizational leadership, direct contribution to business growth or strategic direction, accomplishments in her area of expertise, inspiration for other women in technology, integrity and ethical behavior, and a commitment to corporate citizenship.
As president-global markets, Puckett leads revenue-generating initiatives for CenturyLink, including global sales, sales support, marketing and the customer experience for consumer, business and government agency customers. Her responsibilities include the continuing growth and recognition of CenturyLink as a leading provider of IP-enabled network services, cloud infrastructure and hosted IT solutions.
